The HPD Series from Shubham Industries, Ahmedabad, covers two related positive displacement product lines: the High Pressure Plunger Pump and the Dosing-Metering Pump System. The plunger pump delivers up to 30,000 LPH at pressures up to 1000 Kg/cm² across temperatures from 30°C to 300°C, in simplex, duplex, triplex, and sixplex configurations with MOC options including AISI 316, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Monel. The dosing-metering system delivers controlled-volume chemical injection up to 1000 LPH at up to 150 Bar for water treatment, boiler dosing, CIP, and process injection. Both are manufactured at Kuha, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, ISO 9001:2015 certified since 1987.

HPD Plunger Pump and Dosing-Metering System
The HPD high pressure plunger pump is a positive displacement reciprocating pump for high-pressure transfer and hydrostatic testing. It delivers constant flow at up to 30,000 LPH and up to 1000 Kg/cm².
High-Grade MOC
AISI 316, 304, 410, CS, Alloy-20, Hastelloy C & B, Titanium, and Monel are selected per fluid chemistry and pressure.
Valve and Seal Options
Ball, cone, plate, and wing valves with spring-loaded or free configuration. PTFE, Chevron, PU, and square rope gland packing options.

HPD Plunger vs Centrifugal
Centrifugal pumps are for high-flow moderate-pressure duty. HPD plunger pumps deliver constant flow against high back pressure for RO, hydrostatic testing and high-pressure transfer.
HPD Dosing vs Centrifugal
Centrifugal pumps cannot provide precise controlled-volume chemical injection. HPD dosing-metering pumps deliver adjustable dosing at the required process condition.
HPD vs LBX / PCS
Use HPD for high pressure or chemical metering. Use LBX or PCS for viscous, shear-sensitive or abrasive transfer at lower pressure.
