The PCS Series progressive cavity screw pump from Shubham Industries, Ahmedabad, uses a single helical metal rotor rotating inside a double helical polymer stator to transfer viscous, abrasive, and shear-sensitive fluids with gentle, pulsation-free positive displacement action. Cavities formed between the rotor and stator progress from suction to discharge, carrying fluid forward with low-shear transfer. PCS handles flows up to 100 M³/hr at differential pressures up to 24 Bar, viscosities up to 1,00,000 cSt, temperatures up to 150°C, and self-priming capability up to 8 mlc. Flow is proportional to speed, making it VFD-compatible. Manufactured at Kuha, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, ISO 9001:2015 certified since 1987.

HOW IT WORKS

SELECTION GUIDE
LBX is a clean hygienic lobe pump. PCS is a progressive cavity pump for abrasive, viscous, and gas-laden duties with self-priming capability.
HPD is for high-pressure dosing and metering. PCS is for variable-flow viscous transfer at moderate pressure.
Centrifugal pumps lose efficiency as viscosity rises. PCS handles up to 1,00,000 cSt and self-primes for viscous or abrasive fluids.
