A back pull-out pump is a centrifugal pump where the rotating assembly, including impeller, shaft, mechanical seal, and bearing bracket, withdraws axially from the rear of the casing without disturbing suction pipework, delivery pipework, or flanged connections.
DIN 24255/6 and ISO 2858 define the dimensional standard for industrial end-suction centrifugal pumps. This makes the BPC suited for process plants where maintenance access, standard footprints, and pipework stability matter.
In process plants, suction and delivery pipework is fixed into structures and often lagged. The BPC back pull-out design withdraws the rotating assembly from the rear, giving seal and impeller access without moving pipework or disturbing flange alignment.
The BPC is dimensionally compliant with DIN 24255/6 and ISO 2858. This supports like-for-like installation planning and reduces spares complexity where DIN/ISO process pumps are already installed.
A single BPC platform covers water, volatile chemicals, acids, alkalis, corrosive slurries with solids up to 15 mm, pulp stocks up to 5%, and temperatures up to 200°C with application-specific MOC selection.
